"My husband and I were first time home buyers, and although we knew exactly what we wanted in a property, we didn't know the details of the home-buying process. Nicole did a great job of guiding us through the process and never made us feel pressured or rushed. She always responded to phone calls, text or emails within a couple hours during the day (often faster) and if I emailed in the evening I always got a response by the next morning. We were very picky and toured many properties before finding the right one. All along she was very supportive while not pressuring us. I've heard stories from friends who had agents pressure them to only see the good in every property and put bids in quickly, basically so they could hurry up and get their commission. This was definitely not the case with Nicole Johnson. The only category I gave her less than perfect in was local knowledge, and that's simply because we were looking outside of her normal service area. Despite having less experience in the Bellflower area, she did her research and helped us find exactly what we wanted. We have been in our home for four months now and are completely happy! I have already recommended Nicole to a couple friends who are thinking of looking for a house and will continue to do so."
